Refund Policy

1. Introduction

At IVYBootcamps, we’re dedicated to delivering top-notch educational experiences. We also recognize that life can sometimes throw curveballs, making it necessary to adjust your enrollment. This policy outlines how we handle such adjustments for our programs and services.

2. General Policy

To keep things straightforward, once you’ve signed up and paid for a course or program, we’re unable to offer refunds.

3. Transfer of Enrollment: Navigating Extenuating Circumstances

If truly unavoidable situations prevent you from attending your program, we may be able to transfer your enrollment to a future date for the same program.

  • What qualifies as an extenuating circumstance?

We’re talking about significant, unforeseen events that are outside your control, such as:

* Documented medical emergencies (hospitalization, serious illness)

* The death of an immediate family member

  • What doesn’t typically qualify?

While we understand that other situations can be disruptive, the following generally don’t meet the criteria for extenuating circumstances:

* Changes in travel plans

* Delayed or cancelled flights

* Work-related issues (unless you’ve been unexpectedly terminated)

* Other reasons that aren’t clearly beyond your control

4. Transferring Your Enrollment: The Process

To request a transfer of enrollment, please follow these steps:
  • Submit a written request to talktous@ivybootcamps.com as soon as possible, and no later than 7 calendar days before your program’s start date. We cannot accept requests made after this time.
  • Provide clear and thorough documentation to support your request. Examples of acceptable documentation include:
    • Hospital records or a doctor’s note for medical emergencies
    • A death certificate for a death in the family
    • Other official documents that verify your situation
  • Please note that all decisions regarding enrollment transfers are made at the sole discretion of IVYBootcamps.
  • If your transfer is approved:
* You’ll be enrolled in a future program of the same type, assuming there’s an available spot.
* If the future program’s fee is higher, you’ll need to pay the difference.
* If the future program’s fee is lower, we won’t issue a refund for the difference.
* Keep in mind that an enrollment transfer is a one-time accommodation. You won’t be eligible for any further transfers or refunds related to your original enrollment.

5. When we modify or cancel a program

IVYBootcamps may need to cancel or reschedule a program due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • If we cancel a program, we’ll offer you the following options:
    • Full credit towards a future program.
    • If the program is cancelled entirely and not rescheduled, a full refund of your payments.
    • The full payment will be reflected in the user’s account in 30 working days from the date of cancellation.
