We are expanding our reach by partnering with local schools to promote our bootcamps
and lease space for in-person weekend sessions. To support this growth, we are seeking a
dynamic and results-driven School Partnership Manager to develop and manage these
partnerships.
Job Summary
The School Partnership Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships
with local schools to promote IVYBootcamps’ programs and secure partnerships for leasing
school spaces for in-person bootcamp sessions on weekends. This role requires a strategic
thinker with excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to drive
results in a fast-paced environment.
1. Partnership Development:
- Identify and target top local schools for potential partnerships.
- Develop and execute strategies to establish and grow relationships with
school administrators, counselors, and decision-makers. - Present IVYBootcamps’ programs and value proposition to schools,
emphasizing the benefits for their students and community.
2. Bootcamp Promotion:
- Collaborate with schools to organize and promote bootcamp information
sessions, workshops, and other engagement activities. - Work with the marketing team to create tailored promotional materials for
school audiences. - Track and report on the effectiveness of promotional efforts.
3. Space Leasing Agreements:
- Negotiate and finalize agreements with schools for leasing space on
weekends for in-person bootcamp sessions. - Ensure all logistical requirements are met, including space availability,
equipment, and compliance with school policies.
4. Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for school partners, ensuring strong
communication and satisfaction. - Regularly follow up with schools to assess partnership performance and
identify opportunities for improvement or expansion.
5. Market Research:
- Stay informed about local education trends, competitor activities, and school
needs to refine partnership strategies. - Provide feedback to the leadership team on market insights and partnership
opportunities.
6. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the program delivery team to ensure seamless execution
of in-person bootcamp sessions. - Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to align partnership goals
with overall business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in partnership development, sales, or business development,
preferably in the education sector. - Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Passion for education and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities
in the K-12 space. - Willingness to travel locally as needed.
