We are expanding our hybrid bootcamp model, combining online and in-person sessions,
and are seeking passionate and dedicated Bootcamp Mentors to join us on a project basis.

Job Summary
The Bootcamp Mentor will play a critical role in supporting students enrolled in
IVYBootcamps’ hybrid programs. This role involves tracking student performance, providing
local support to address concerns, and assisting with weekend in-person sessions. Mentors
will undergo a short training program with a TOP US College in the US Eastern Timezone to
ensure they are equipped to professionally monitor student progress and deliver high-
quality mentorship.

1. Student Performance Tracking:
  • Monitor and track student progress on a daily/weekly basis using provided tools and platforms.
  • Provide timely feedback to students to help them stay on track and achieve their goals.
2. Local Support:
  • Address student concerns and provide guidance to ensure a positive learning experience.
  • Act as a local point of contact for students, offering support both online and during in-person sessions.
3. Weekend In-Person Sessions:
  • Assist with the facilitation of weekend in-person bootcamp sessions, ensuring a smooth and productive experience for students.
  • Collaborate with the program delivery team to address any logistical or academic challenges during sessions.
4. Training & Development:
  • Complete a short training program with a TOP US College in the US Eastern Timezone to gain the skills and knowledge needed to effectively mentor students. This training would be self-paid training (very nominal cost) to ensure your skills match business requirements.
  • Apply training insights to enhance student support and program delivery.
5. Communication & Reporting:
  • Maintain regular communication with students, parents, and the IVYBootcamps team to provide updates on student progress.
  • Prepare and submit weekly reports on student performance and any challenges encountered.
6. Mentorship & Motivation:
  • Inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential by providing constructive feedback and encouragement.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • Students in the above-mentioned courses studying in the Final Year only of the course can also apply for this role.
  • Prior experience in mentoring, teaching, or working with students in an academic setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to undergo self-paid training in the US Eastern Timezone and adapt to hybrid work requirements.
  • Passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed.
  • Availability to work on weekends for in-person sessions.
